Clinical Trials

We are currently conducting clinical trials with the following sponsors: Gilead, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Novartis, Johnson & Johnson, Genentech, Abbott and Takeda.

We are also participating in the exciting new studies investigating DAA (direct acting antivirals) for hepatitis C both with and without interferon. These studies are for naïve (never been treated) patients and previously treated patients who failed therapy.

Current diseases being studied are:

Volunteering for Clinical Trials

Before volunteers begin to participate they must first give their consent to do so by reading and being explained a study approved consent form. In this consent form the potential risks, benefits, alternatives, and responsibilities of the study are explained. Once a volunteer feels they understand what is involved with the clinical trial and indicate their willingness to participate they will then sign this consent and begin the study screening process. Each study has specific inclusion and exclusion criteria and will be assessed at this screening visit.

Participants in these studies / clinical trails usually receive some form of reimbursement for time and travel once enrolled into one of the studies.
